Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after an order has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping for the Halloween Advent Calendar is $5.99. Rates for other products may vary.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to activate and update the tracking number.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple products, the items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive available tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
